To supplement annual giving revenue, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri has an endowment to provide ongoing and reliable funding to support our life-changing relationships. The Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri governs this privately held and invested endowment. As part of the trust’s establishment, the Board approved an overall investment policy with a maximum five percent annual draw to insure steady growth.
