Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri's relationship model, known as 4:1+1sm, engages the most significant adults in a Little's life- parent, teacher, Big Brother or Big Sister and our professional program staff - to ensure the Little is continually surrounded by the people who care about them the most. Each adult has an important relationship and a distinct role that offers our Littles encouragement and support. This would not be possible without The Sixth Membersm on the team - the donor!

This is our promise to our Little Brothers and Little Sisters. We cannot commit to "fix it," but we can commit to "be there" — for encouragement and support. We want you to join us as The Sixth Membersm on the team to Be Theresm with us for the young people in our community.
What is a Be Theresm Partnership?
A Be Theresm Partnership builds a relationship between Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri and your company or organization. The relationship is mutually beneficial - you host a promotion or event to support Big Brothers Big Sisters and we will work to create positive exposure for your company and drive new customers your way.
